Catherine Tate

CatherineCatherine Jane Ford, born 5 December 1969, is a famous English comedian writer, actress, and actor. Her performance in The Catherine Tate Show, an BBC sketch comedy series has been recognized with numerous accolades. She was also nominated for seven BAFTAs and an International Emmy Award. Tate was Donna Noble's partner in Doctor Who's 2006 Christmas special. She later reprised the role, and was the Tenth Doctor's companion on a regular basis in the fourth series of Doctor Who in 2008. [2] Following the success of The Catherine Tate Show, Tate was a part of Joanie Taylor ("Nan") in the BBC One comedy series Catherine Tate's Nan (2009-2015) and in the movie The Nan Movie (2022). In 2011, she started playing a regular role as Nellie Bertram in the U.S. version of The Office as well as a regular character until the show ended. She played Miss Sarah Postern (2013-2014), and Magica de Spell (2017-2021) in the BBC One sitcom Big School. Tate was in six roles on Hard Cell, the Netflix comedy show she co-wrote as well as co-directed.
